Realty Texas is locally owned and operated by Jack Stapleton (Broker) and Leisa Ormsbee (Manager) both recognized industry leaders that have a proven track record of providing high-end concierge niche services across Texas. Each have been named ‘Austin Platinum Top 50 Realtors®’ putting them in the top one percent of their field, both separately have been named ‘Realtor® of the Year’ a coveted lifetime achievement award by their Association of Realtors®, and both are graduates of the prestigious invitation-only Texas Realtor® Leadership Academy. Our Broker was named ‘Broker of the Year’ in 2018 by the ‘Austin Platinum Top 50 Realtors®’, and served as 2015 President of the Williamson County Association of Realtors®, served as 2018 and 2019 ‘Chairman of the Board’ for the Central Texas Regional MLS, and Chairman of the Professional Standards and Grievance Committee (Ethics Board) for our State Association, is also a Master Certified Negotiation Expert, and holds an instructor’s license from the Texas Real Estate Commission teaching all areas of pre-license and post-license courses. Both hold prestigious designations, certifications, and have decades of experience selling collectively thousands of homes of every type across Texas. Their thirst for knowledge and their strong commitment to education has accumulated thousands of hours of post-license classroom education.
